Cancellation Policy

Your appointment is reserved especially for you so please be courteous to me by giving me a simple phone call or text message 24 hours in advance. Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, this impacts my time and pay while missing the opportunity to fill the appointment to help other clients. Thank you! I appreciate it!

Any cancellations with less than 24 hours of notice are subject to a cancellation fee amounting to the cost of the scheduled service.

Late arrival may limit my ability to offer the fullest possible experience. Please be aware that late arrivals will not be afforded extension of scheduled treatments. Treatments will be rendered only for the remainder of the scheduled appointment and you will be responsible for payment for the full service.
